There don't seem to be many programs that offer you the opportunity to get the training you need in an environment where you receive the rewards of that training direct by increasing the value of a business you have equity in. Given the current climate no doubt there are a number of highly skilled people looking to get back into the workforce and this seems like a great way for people to learn the skills they need in their very own business without outlaying a huge capital contribution. Seems like a great idea.
